That part isn't a problem..been doing it every single Sunday for three years. People stop me on the street to talk. People call me. It is incredibly fulfilling. It's important to embrace change. Just like you realize you weren't the same person in your 20's that you were in your 40's- the same will be true going forward. . How do you want to change from you 40/50s to you 60/70s. My parents had some qualities that I actively try to posses and others we are trying to bury. You have more control over who you become if you realize you aren't done.
I am leaving a comment😊 Just read this and have had so many of the same thoughts. I think being present and enjoying what you are doing is its own contribution to society. For example, writing - you never know what might resonate, bring a smile to someone’s face or impact someone on a deeper level.
