Happy Fourth of July week, Americans! It’s the real kick off for Summer vibes!

Though some of us may be sitting in the rain, or extreme heat, Canadian wood smoke, or even soft ocean air with a bit of sun, we Americans put a lot of thought into how we will celebrate this weekend.

I could go on and on about being an American on the 4th etc etc but, you know? I don’t feel like it. Let’s just enjoy our food and drink and raise a glass and not blow our hands off with fireworks!

Visiting Maven! Rose Prieto!

I am excited to develop a group of “regulars” who specialize in areas that are of interest to us! Some are Mavens, people I have already interviewed and some will be new. This week, in celebration of the birth of our country (not really, but sounds good), I am presenting my first video-interview (vlog? See below)! I’d love to hear about topics you would like to know more about. Right now I am thinking about large topics like: Finance, Beauty, Medical, Culinary, Travel.

Why did I choose skin to be the first topic to do a video blog and why choose Rose as my skin and beauty specialist?

We cover topics like brown spots and how to get rid of them, jowls, baggy eyes, filler, botox, skin care, sun care, and that’s just the first interview!
